Are you interested in residing in one of the licensed residential programs or supportive housing options offered by Rockland Hospital Guild?
If you're an adult aged 18 or above, living with a serious mental illness and considering one of our programs, you'll need to complete a SPOA (Single Point of Access) application, which is overseen by the Adult SPOA Committee in Rockland County. This committee ensures timely access to necessary services and collaborates with providers and support resources to assist individuals in obtaining the assistance they require and are eligible for.
